    Hey Ryan! What’s your take on the use of video resumes to accompany traditional paper based application materials? I am living near my alma mater for a few more months and think that I could take advantage of the job seeking student population if I market these videos right. Thanks for your thoughts.

    Hi there, Ryan. Long time no see. I think the video resume market could be
    a huge one – if HR departments become comfortable with it. The ONE thing
    paper resumes have going for them is that they don’t reveal age or
    ethnicity, each of which are characteristics most HR reps would prefer to
    avoid knowing.

    But that said, I think there is definitely a place for video resumes – maybe
    in “Stage 2″ of the hiring process. Check out http://videobio.com/ for info
