Long time no see. I think the video resume market could be a huge one - if HR departments become comfortable with it. The ONE thing paper resumes have going for them is that they don't reveal age or ethnicity, each of which are characteristics most HR reps would prefer to avoid knowing. But that said, I think there is definitely a place for video resumes - maybe in "Stage 2" of the hiring process. Check out http://videobio.com/ for info on a company that offers a similar service.
