		<description>Hi there, Ryan.  Long time no see.  I think the video resume market could be
a huge one - if HR departments become comfortable with it.  The ONE thing
paper resumes have going for them is that they don&#039;t reveal age or
ethnicity, each of which are characteristics most HR reps would prefer to
avoid knowing.

But that said, I think there is definitely a place for video resumes - maybe
in &quot;Stage 2&quot; of the hiring process.  Check out http://videobio.com/ for info
